Frequently asked questions

I don't see any events — why?

TripLineup may not have read your trip yet — tap Refresh. Otherwise there may simply be no ticketed events at your destination during your travel window. Coverage is US sports & concerts via Ticketmaster.

Which pages does this work on?

Google Flights only (google.com/travel/flights). Open a trip there and TripLineup shows events for that destination and dates.

Why only US events?

Version 1 is US-only. More regions may come later.

Does it work for one-way trips?

Yes. For a one-way trip we show events for the week after you arrive, since there's no return date to bound the window.

It suddenly stopped showing events

Google occasionally changes their page layout, which can break reading your trip. Use “Report a problem” in the extension's Help menu — or email [email protected] — so we can fix it quickly.
